As our Finance Intern (d/f/m) you will cover a broad range of tasks. You will have a great opportunity to learn more about Finance and Accounting, and explore or build a career in Finance. What you will do:

You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• You will be involved in our invoicing and payables processes as fundament for our monthly P&L and cash flow statements
• You will develop and improve our finance processes
• You will prepare financial and performance analysis for the management and shareholders
• You will work closely together with our customers and freelancers
  

Requirements

Who you are:

• You are a student in a Finance/Business-related field or you are currently taking a gap year
• You have ideally already gained some experience in finance, analytics or controlling
• Obtain a very good MS Excel/Google sheets skills, experiences with other tools e.g. Business Intelligence tools are a plus
• Availability for 6 months
• Have passion for everything connected to finance and the tech industry
• Retain an eye for details and ability to work independently
• Enjoy working with numbers, analyzing them and deriving conclusions
• Possess great organization skills and a getting things done attitude
• You have good oral and written communication skills, excellent German and English skills

Selection process

Depending on the competence and the position you are interviewing for, the hiring process can include these steps:

• After receiving your application, we will swiftly review it and get back to you.
• As the next step, we invite you to an online video call to get to know you and tell you more about our company and the role.
• (Depending on the position) we will ask you to prepare a small home assignment related to one of our current projects to understand your approach and analytical skills.
• (Optional) a follow-up online call or an in-person interview together with our Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
• You receive a contract proposal.
