For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting an
Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
Your new job includes
You will support Inken Callsen in her role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with responsibility for Purchasing, Global Supply Chain and Commercial Effectiveness. You will be a key contact for the business units as well as internal and external interfaces. As an assistant, you will in particular
- perform all the typical tasks of an assistant, primarily internal and external correspondence
- carry out cross-departmental administrative tasks and coordinate them for and with team members
- be responsible for the internal communication of information and act as an interface with the management
- organize meetings, events, conferences and trade fairs and coordinate calendar and travel planning
- prepare presentations and protocols and assist with projects
- support annual budget planning and keep track of departmental costs
What you should bring along
- Successfully completed vocational training, ideally relevant work experience in a comparable position in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), ideally SAP knowledge
- Business fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Affinity for numbers, confident and professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and assertiveness, as well as enjoyment in dealing with international internal and external interfaces
