GENEWIZ’s European headquarters, with our state-of-the-art sequencing laboratories, is located in the north of Leipzig.

Become part of our international specialized customer support team around Sanger sequencing at GENEWIZ/ Brooks Life Sciences.

This Includes
  • Advising customers on our Sanger sequencing products and related ordering processes (region: Central Europe).
  • Review and release of Sanger sequencing data from the Leipzig laboratory according to our quality standards.
  • Solution-oriented processing of external and internal complaints and their documentation.
  • Processing of Sanger sequencing barcode orders from our customers.
  • Continuous process improvement within Sanger sequencing projects with focus on the technical customer service area.
  • Coordination of the day-to-day business of Sanger Sequencing technical support (Leipzig site) including capacity planning and monitoring.
  • Interface with logistics and laboratory for Sanger sequencing projects.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree or PhD in the field of life sciences.
  • Several years of scientific experience in the field of molecular biology.
  • Familiar with current analytical methods in the field of Sanger sequencing.
  • Business English skills, both written and spoken.
  • German and French language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
