Customer Support - Risk & Antifraud/TRX Expert with Portuguese and English

The SEC/TRX team is looking for our next agent to join our second level support team supporting our merchants with a variety of transaction issues and requests and finding solutions for them. In this position, you will work closely with a variety of departments, such as our R&F team in Sofia.

What you’ll be doing in this position

• Proactively support a variety of transaction related requests from our merchants by following security rules and procedures

• Working as a backup to our internal Risk and Fraud Team by contacting our merchants and checking documents as per risk assessment

• Monitor our merchant’s behaviour in compliance with AML and internal T&Cs rules.

• Use decision making abilities about transaction fee reduction requests

• You take care of our Portuguese-speaking customers in a variety of communication channels, primarily by phone and email

• You’re part of an international and multilingual team

• You have excellent language skills and feel comfortable speaking and writing in Portuguese and English
