We are looking for a Customer Support Paralegal (m/w/x)to join our talented Legal team in Berlin.
As a Customer Support Paralegal, you will:
- Be first point of contact for our Customer Support (CS) and Debt Collections (DC) Team
- Work hand in hand with CS and DC on complex cases
- Autonomous processing of enquiries from authorities and courts in connection with our assets (enquiries about insurance coverage, regulatory proceedings, order proceedings)
- Be first contact for legal queries in the context of debt collection matters from our partners and courts
- Support the legal team in all ongoing regulatory proceedings which are customer centric
- Support the legal team with project coordination and prioritization

We are looking for a Customer Support Paralegal with:
- 1-3 years experience
- Business or Law background
- Experience in international law
- Regulatory law experience, e.g., on drones, e-scooters or other consumer relevant devices
- Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
- Office skills are mandatory, experience with Jira, Salesforce and Intercom is a big plus
- The ability to thrives in a fast- paced environment and work under pressure, use initiative, manage multiple projects at once and meets deadlines
- Comfort and experience working with technology, including internal and external databases, reporting tools and other third party resources
- Native German and Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience at a top tier law firm, in-house or in a startup company
