Role and Responsibilities



  • Lead generation from European home builders & property managers for Samsung HomeIoTbusiness based on Samsung EHS, Air Conditioner, Home Appliances and SmartThings solutions like Energy (single family units, MFUs, apartments, residential buildings)
  • Develop and manage the above leads to drive them to deal-close and actual contracts
  • Search for 3rdparty solution/device partners who can add values to the SmartThings HomeIoTand Energy solution (ex. current EU partners ABB, SMA, QCell)
  • Manage the relationship with the European customers and partners
  • Analyze the European HomeIoTmarket and provide insights to HQ on a regular basis
  • Establish the go-to-market strategies for Samsung HomeIoTsolutions
  • Co-work withSamsung’sEuropean subsidiaries, across all divisions
  • Seek and establish new strategic partnerships horizontally and vertically. Specifically focusing on construction and energy verticals to create new incremental business toour divisions
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate tasks, milestones, timeline and key deliverables including packaging, supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, sample request, branding, service scopingworkstreams
  • Initiate and lead engagement with Strategic Partners and build new propositions around HomeIoTand Energy
  • Program Manage Key programs enabling new services
  • Improve processes and procedures to ensure scalability of EU country launches

Skills and Qualifications

  • Businessadministration or technology-related majors
  • Experiences& knowledge in builder industry and/or energy industry
  • ExpertiseonIoTrelatedmatters
  • Stronganalytical and commercial skills
  • Excellentcommunication skills in both writing and speaking
  • Fluencyin European languages including English
  • Nophysical or legalbarriers to fly to any other countries including SouthKorea
