• Support in looking after the assigned food retail customers• Correspondence with trading and logistic partners as well as the headquarters in Belgium• Maintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices and conditions (SAP)• Order processing and coordination (SAP) in coordination with the logistics department and key account management• Provision of relevant turnover/sales reports and special analyses• Support in the preparation of customer appointments as well as maintenance, follow-up and evaluation of campaign agreements• Independent maintenance, billing and documentation of condition agreements as well as responsibility for customer-specific invoice control & tracking of open items• Customer-specific complaints management• Processing and processing of end consumer concerns and complaints• Internal inventory management of goods to process customer and end-user inquiries• Coordination of office processes, mail processing, testing and independent management of office supply for the Düsseldorf location as well as support with vehicle fleet management and general contracting• Coordination of tasks and coordination processes in the context of team events, etc.• Acceptance of inquiries via our switchboard• Ensuring communication with all team areas, also internationally
Profiel
• Bachelor or commercial administrative training• Knowledge of working with SAP and MS Office• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of spoken and written English• Initial experience in the FMCG sector• Very good commercial understanding• Pleasure in organization paired with commitment and hands-on mentality• Very good communication skills and enjoy working in a team• Team spirit (TOP Values Lotus Bakeries: Team Work, Open Dialogue, Passion)
