Responsibilities:
- Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving sales targets, company alignment goals, meeting or exceeding our levels for the minimum number of sales activities per day.
- Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline Salesforce
- Ability to analyze sales data and use these analytics to drive the sales process
- Learn and follow the proper Altium sales methodologies and processes focused on using the systems to drive activity
- Presents Altium’s 365 value proposition via On-line and/or live presentations to engineering users, teams, and management.
- Exceeds given target and drives to the potential of the market
- Maintains detailed and accurate following of all Salesforece requirements
- Learns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Altium products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends.
- Language requirements: MUST BE FLUENT IN German
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of sales experience or related technology industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various forums including email and telephone.
- Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Demonstrate persistence to move past gate-keepers and gain key intelligence regarding decision makers, customer needs, etc.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com required.
- Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and other known applications
- Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development Experience in a software or related technology company preferred.
