Your mission
  • You act as an interface to internal and external customers or partners in Germany and around the world.
  • You provide technical support for our products and applications and assist our customers and partners, both remotely from the office and on-site.
  • You create and improve support processes, tools, and materials (such as, release notes, checklists, tutorials, technical documentation, FAQs).
  • You create technical trainings, execute them and prepare the necessary documents as well as guidelines for customers.
  • You analyse solutions and develop concepts for our applications.
  • You work closely with your colleagues in Product Management, Sales, Business Development or Engineering in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
  • You will also have an eye for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to our happy customers, and will work your colleagues in Customer Success and Sales in order to convert them
  • Your place of work is in our headquarter in Dresden.
Your profile
  • You are creative and passionate about solving problems and care about making your customers happy and successful with our products.
  • You graduated with an engineering degree (e.g. electrical, mechanical, industrial or automation engineering) or, alternatively, you are a certified technician, or you have a comparable qualification.
  • You have one of the following or similar professional experiences:
  • you have programmed or commissioned collaborative and/or industrial robots (FANUC, YASKAWA, ABB, KUKA etc), including manufacturer-specific interfaces.
  • Your experience with robotic applications and peripherals such as gluing, welding, polishing, etc. and/or experience in automation technology in an industrial environment is desirable but not a must.
  • But do not worry if you don’t have this robotic experience. This may be the opportunity you were waiting for to get into robotics and learn about this exciting and game-changing tech!
      • You have professional industry experience in the automation environment. Perhaps you have worked for a machine builder in the past?
      • You already worked with industrial fieldbuses or industrial ethernet technologies such as Ethernet/IP, PROFINET or EtherCAT.
  • You enjoy traveling nationally as well as internationally and have excellent communication skills that make it easy for you to communicate at all levels.
  • You characterize yourself by your structured way of working while remaining flexible.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You like robots ;-)
