- Upsell/Cross-Sell (ARR) and One time revenue (e.g. selling Professional Services)
- Manage renewals
- Working with Sales, especially on strategic account development
- Manage the whole client relationship (commercials, legal aspects / contract topics, satisfaction, escalations)
- Avoid churn / Secure existing ARR by identify early warning signals for churn and track customer health
- Identify “product obstacles” in the sales process (e.g. analyze why selling BDM stuck) and develop strategies to improve the situation as well as identify product requirements within the community which add value to the product (interface to Product Manager)
- Contact person for onboarding partners regarding the legal and technical set up
- Develop a concept for a streamlined client communication within the whole company (considering Marketing, BDRs, Sales, Product, Management)
- A degree in business administration, economics, computer science, mathematics or similar
- 4 years+ of relevant professional experience, experience in customer support or in a consulting environment, experience in Customer Success (implementations and/or in support) / Professional Services, experience in Sales (in a SaaS environment with existing customer reference an advantage)
- Experience in the finance environment, especially payments, is beneficial
- Affinity for IT and solid basic technical knowledge
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal (with C-level contacts)
