Starts of new orders
Accounting of assigned clients according to the division of the Manager dept.
Processing and registration of valid accounting data
Execution of preliminary billing
Execution of the final settlement
Responsibility for error / quality quotas
Responsibility for complying with professional SOX guidelines, if any
Responsibility for compliance with the "Datenschutz"
Checking accounting data
Continuous acquisition of customer / field knowledge
Responsibility for transferring customer / industry knowledge to, for example, a new colleague
Training of new employees from a professional and process point of view, as well as training of accounting software
Active participation in the improvement movement (JDI, BPI)
Active participation in projects
Expertise:
German Social Insurance Act
German tax law
Knowledge of German tariffs and fields for processing attendance systems
Czech labor law
IT knowledge:
MS Office application (current version)
Currently used payroll software in the department
Other programs related to the settlement of documents for payroll processing (eg ADP Archiv, ABACUS, Siebel, IBM BPMS)
Additional knowledge:
Guidelines for the Sarbans Oxly section
Mutual cooperation between the Czech Republic and Germany
Internal / external communication
Competences of team management in terms of expertise
Resolving conflicts with the customer
Organizing the work of new team members
