This strategy consulting company was founded in 2011 and currently has around 250 employees. In 2022 they were able to achieve a growth of 60%. They are primarily active in the private equity sector and are well-networked with investors. They a primarily active in the healthcare, logistics and software sectors. The international projects are approached with a business and not a pure tech mindset. The goal is always to look at how to increase business growth and value.

For the Tech and System Integration department, we are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Core Cloud Consultant to expand the team.
The current team consists of 10 Salesforce and 10 HubSpot specialists.

Tasks

  • You offer customers comprehensive advice on technical implementation options for Salesforce Sales Cloud and interface systems, paying attention to specific customer requirements and conceptualizing tailor-made business solutions
  • Responsibility for the end-to-end implementation process (project planning, implementation, training and maintenance)
  • Advise international customers on technical, functional and methodological issues related to Salesforce Core Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and related business practices
  • Build Salesforce Sales Cloud-focused architectures and implement roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals and business needs
  • Measure and optimize CRM sales activities and ensure that the measurement concepts are compatible with legal restrictions
Requirements

  • University degree in business, marketing, communication or similar relevant education
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing Salesforce Core Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Salesforce certification is an advantage
  • Responsibility for work and personal growth
  • Team player and hands-on mentality
  • Structured, proactive and data-driven approach
  • Very good communication skills in English, German is an advantage
