Your mission

Are you passionate about climate change and moving the world to a more sustainable future? Are you comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment? Then you’ve come to the right place! We’re looking for an independent, forward-thinking Senior Growth Manager.

How you’ll make an impact
At Plan A, you’ll be working with large, global companies to understand and reduce their carbon footprint. [Insert sentence about why we are looking for this person to join our team now. We are looking for someone to:
  • Prioritise opportunities to improve the performance of the channels, scale the programme, keep the key stakeholders up-to-date and buy into targets, results and changes.
  • Own and develop the analytical stack of Plan A and the exploitation of available data
  • Generate and apply growth strategies to Plan A’s inbound and outbound lead generation strategy
  • Set up processes for sharing findings and progress report to other teams
  • Ensure successful localisation and growth of channels and lead results in key markets
What we’re looking for
  • Previous working experience as a Growth or Lead generation marketer for 7+ years with a track record of delivering success
  • A degree in Marketing or business
  • Generalist profile that is able to strategise and support its teams implementation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (creatives, developers, stakeholders) in a fast paced culturally diverse startup environment
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in a data-related role
  • Be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition + retention channels
  • Passionate about sustainability and decarbonisation in the private sector
Experience in managing technical stakeholders and understanding of technical aspects of analytics and automation

  • Extra acumen in sales or business development
  • Proficiency in German or French is a plus!
