Your role
To own the development and growth of business within their region through support to the regional Shell teams. Report both to Shell and internally, own the development of business opportunities, in order to deliver agreed volumes, hale help achieve sales targets, budgets and objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and motivate the regional partner Shell teams of Account Managers in WE countries to ensure the relationship is working in an efficient way and that Fleetcor is delivering its profit targets in the region.
This happens through building relationships, solving operational issues (first point of contact often), and delivering monthly and quarterly updates internally and also to the partner key stakeholders. And getting the right information in regards to being able to focus on the right priorities within our Fleetcor team too. Navigate Shell teams towards problem-solving and maximizing the support of Fleetcor in order to drive our volumes.
Personally owns the Shell partnership in Western Europe and the fact it runs in an efficient and smooth way.
Supporting the Regional Director contributes to Shell’s volume rebound strategy (sales, credit, and servicing improvements ideas) through the managed delivery of regional partnership targets and improved commercials beyond existing deal.
