Japanese leading food producer is now opening a Marketing Manager position.
Are you open to the new challenge?

This company is No1 ready to eat meal manufacturer from Japan and now very popular all over the world, of course in Europe.

Their Marketing HQ in Europe is located in Eschborn, Germany but distribute products all over Europe.

Job Description
• Lead Marketing Division and establish a strong marketing platform and team.
• Strengthening our Corporate / Product Brand in Pan-Europe perspective by
o Setting insightful strategy
o Establishing marketing & Brand management process that fits to European Market
o Leading Product Development Process
o Leading Brand Communication Process
o Establishing effective measurement process
on hands-on basis with multi-functional division under global environment.
• To be a good mentor and trainer for marketing members.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Degree in business related studies (University/University of Applied Sciences)
• 7 years+ professional experience, preferably in FMCG
• Team management Experience +3 Years
• Experience of Brand Management including Product Development, Communication, PL
• Experience in FMCG or similar industry
• Experience in Food industry is extra advantage
• Experience in small to mid-size organization experience is preferred
• Experience in Digital Marketing is preferred
• Experience in Trade Marketing is preferred
• Very good skills in German / English (oral and written)
• Very good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint
