If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Wunderman Thompson is seeking a talented Junior New Business Manager -or how we call it Junior Growth Manager.

Join our team and contribute to our success by expanding our business, finding new prospects and winning pitches. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate closely with our teams in Germany and our wider EMEA community, including Marketing, Creative, and Client Services.

Your role:

  • Provide support in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with potential clients. This includes researching, understanding their needs, and determining if it’s a good fit for both sides.
  • Orchestrate New Business projects from first contact with prospects to final pitch presentation.
  • Explore our network’s potential: reveal the distinctive capabilities presented by our international centers of excellence and integrate them as partners into our business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our internal Marketing team and other thought leaders, to support designing and implementing effective lead generation & ABM campaigns.
  • Track and report on our new business activity in Salesforce for further measurement of our NB pipeline impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 1,5 years) in a growth-oriented / business development role within a creative / digital agency or a similar environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills in live, hybrid and online environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
  • Passion for customer experience design, technology, and data.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken business English and German
