Requirement: 6 - 12 months full-time internship or working student

We are looking for experienced Javascript developers (backend and frontend) to support us in the agile development of our our web, mobile and cloud applications, build efficient and scalable solutions.

Our technology:

Livello is building the future of autonomous retail and smart inventory management. We are developing a revolutionary IoT Platform and telemetric Smart Kiosks with state-of-the-art smart shelving and monitoring technology, leveraging newest technologies and engineering principles, relying on concepts like automation, autoscaling, resilience, real time monitoring, sensor fusion, computer vision, machine learning and deep Analytics. Our stack consists of modern Javascript, Typescript, Node.Js, React & Redux, Docker, containers, client libraries, GraphQL, all built on a microservice-based Kubernetes architecture, all supported by the strengths of the Google Cloud Platform. We strongly believe in the power of CICD and integrate and deploy our applications with modern CICD tools from Gitlab.

Tasks

Tasks (Depending on your skillset):
  • Frontend or backend development of our mission control, user, replenisher, tablet- and web apps.
  • Build React Native applications and SDKs for both iOS and Android, either from the ground up or on top of existing software
  • Architecture and development of modern software-based applications in the back-end based on Typescript and Nest.JS
  • Technological conception, design and implementation of new features
  • Quality assurance of the software through planning, creation and execution of tests
  • Work with a cross-functional team to define, build, test, and deploy universal applications
  • Version control with Git is part of your daily work and continuous integration
Requirements

Requirements (At least 3 of these):
  • Experience with JavaScript: React, GraphQL, Node.JS, Nest.js, TypeScript
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux, -Saga)
  • Experience with React Native and Expo
  • Experience with test and deployment automations like: gitlab, fastlane, jest,
  • Experience with Microservices, cloud service management, Kubernetes and Docker on GCP
  • Experienced with message brokers like AMQP or MQTT
  • Experience with online payment gateways (Adyen / Stripe)
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform serverless architectures
  • Experience with authentication services for M2M and user authentication
  • Understanding of IoT device management and message exchange.
