- Create and define projects and key initiatives to strengthen the customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for the management and controlling of projects related to customer experience and customer journey
- Set quantifiable KPIs/Milestones
- Monitor progress and development of projects and proposes required resource allocation to execute properly
- Enforce exchange of and collaboration between other business units and on divisional level
- Assess relevant technological tools and identify technological trends that supports business objectives
- Successfully completed studies in the fields of science like chemistry, information technology or economics as well as several years of professional experience in customer facing roles
- Understand and navigate customer expectations (B2B) and needs of the specialty chemicals industry
- Distinct understanding of the industry and the ability to adapt developments, here specifically in the end industry Paints & Coatings
- Enthusiasm for technical aspects, good understanding of digitalization and its implementation, ideally with experience in the field of customer journey mapping and persona development
- Strong communication and cooperation skills and proven experience in stakeholder management
- Creativity, holistic view and the ability to think outside the box
- High degree of independent and structured working style
- Very good German and English language skills
