Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate

Your Tasks:

• As part of our highly skilled team, you will work on multiple financial due diligence projects and will have the opportunity to work closely with the investment teams.
• Develop financial analysis skills and gain a deep understanding of the key aspects of a transaction.
• Work closely with the investment and commercial teams to identify relevant KPIs and data points to enhance the transaction process and enable better investment decisions.
• Provide digital solutions by developing state-of-the-art methods to support the automatization of the financial due diligence process.
• Taking responsibility early on in your career for project progress and technical leadership of team members

Your Background:

• You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, and/or other quantitative fields with a strong interest in E-Commerce.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of business or strategy consulting, financial due diligence or financial advisory.
• Experience with big data analytics using e.g. Alteryx, Python or other relevant scripting languages and have proven experience building data visualizations with Tableau, PowerBI, or PowerPivot.
• Experience working in a very high-paced environment with previous internships in Financial Due Diligence, Business Analytics or Consulting performing quantitative analysis in a financial/business context.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
• Open, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build trust and partnerships easily.
• You like to work in ambiguous environments and active in managing your own development.
• You are hands-on and always keep the long-term goals as a priority.
• Excellent proficiency in English, fluency in German is not required.
