Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged developer community
- Organize and participate in digital and in-person community events, webinars, forums, and social media platforms
- Act as a liaison between the community and product teams, gathering feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Analyze community feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals
- Monitor and report on community engagement and growth metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community management, developer relations, or tech-focused communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing
- Ability to understand complex product environments and explain them clearly
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly
