Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged developer community
  • Organize and participate in digital and in-person community events, webinars, forums, and social media platforms
  • Act as a liaison between the community and product teams, gathering feedback to drive continuous product improvement
  • Analyze community feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals
  • Monitor and report on community engagement and growth metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community management, developer relations, or tech-focused communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in content creation and digital marketing
  • Ability to understand complex product environments and explain them clearly
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly
