Your projects

• You will be filling the sweet spot between User Research, UX Strategy, and UI Design
• You inspire, lead and manage a team of UX designers and develop them professionally
• You develop and realize a future-oriented digital design vision and UX/UI strategy and implement as well testing mechanisms and support the company to a user-centric thinking model

• Deliver together with your team a clear and scalable design language that guides our users to a simplified and goal-orientated usage
• You and your team are part of the Product department and work across areas of product, development, sales, and customer support & success. You see yourself as a sparring partner and a UX champion
• In practice, you evaluate, draft and improve concepts, create mockups, visualize data analysis and advice our Product Owners as well as our Steering Committee

• The recognition value of our brand and the loyalty of our customers is enhanced by your expertise

What we expect from you

• As experienced leader with a clear focus on priority and success, you convince with high-level view as well as your hands-on attitude, agility, ambition and creativity
• Your leadership mindset is a servant one: with a humble personality that inspires people
• Comprehensive experience (at least five years) in UX-Design, UI-Design, Frontend Design, Web Design, as an Art Director, ...

• Excellent English skills, German is optional (Company Language is English)
