We are looking for a skilled and passionate Business Development Manager who will identify potential acquisition targets and validate and negotiate partnerships.
Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes, and markets next-gen casual games. Our international team of around 50 developers, artists, game designers, marketers, and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next few years.

What you will do:
- You will identify potential leads from self-publishing studios to publishers having ad-monetized mobile games that will be good acquisition targets
- You will maintain a healthy pipeline of leads while tracking them in a CRM system
- You will validate, pitch, and negotiate partnerships aligned with mutual goals
- You will cultivate industry relationships through events and online platforms
- You will collaborate with legal, finance, tech, and marketing teams as required for seamless closure
- You will manage time and resources efficiently for the best ROI and be on top of internal and external communications
- You will evaluate technical, financial, and legal aspects of potential acquisitions along with the Partnerships Manager and head of Publishing
Who you are:
- You have a proven record in gaming business development
- You are passionate about gaming and have a deep understanding of gaming development and the gaming market
- You are a strong communicator with exceptional networking and negotiation skills
- You are an independent worker and strategic thinker with excellent time management
- You are constantly striving for more efficiency and know how to use CRM and lead management software to achieve this
- You are able to find simple, creative solutions to complex problems
- You are willing to travel to represent Sunday in industry-relevant events
- You are fluent in English and Russian
