Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organisation

To support the Senior Manager Fiscal Compliance in steering, controlling and managing adidas Group non-management intercompany recharges and to ensure compliance of adidas International Trading AG.

The Fiscal Compliance team ensures compliance of adidas International Trading AG and various markets through in-depth analysis and accurate reporting in order to enable group tax to effectively and efficiently manage their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and monitoring of adidas Group royalties within the adidas Group.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of non-management intercompany recharges within the adidas Group (Billback charge-out process).
  • Participate in the forecasting and mid-to long-term planning for adidas International Trading AG.
  • Provide service function for other Finance and Group HQ departments (e.g. GBS, Group Treasury, Group Taxes, Group Legal Corporate).
  • Execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the day to day business by taking ownership for related actions.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Basic financial analysis / accounting expertise
  • Analytical, target oriented work style
  • Team player mentality
  • Well-developed PC-skills (MS-Office), ideally with SAP AFS
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • University Degree or equivalent education (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.)
  • First practical experience in a finance department of an international corporation or audit company
  • Fluent in English
