Your Tasks
As a Sales Development Representative for France, you will work with a strong team of Account Executives and Sales Developers on a daily basis. With excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team and boundless motivation for colleagues and product, you will play a decisive role in our success in strategic and operational sales for our Europe-wide expansion strategy 2022.
- Cold call, email, and social media outreach to drive pipeline for our UK Sales Team
- Scheduling and coordination of product demos with customers and our Account Executives
- Manage your own leads and customers on all online and offline channels
- Develop a deep knowledge of the industry to engage key decision-makers
- Work with our experienced team members and develop yourself through knowledge transfer, best practices, role plays and 1:1 meetings
- You have at least 6-12 months experience in B2B Sales
- You have experience in volume cold calling prospects (outbound lead generation)
- You have ambition and a strong inner motivation to work in a target driven Sales environment
- You show a hands-on mentality and have a a customer-oriented mindset
- You speak French on a native level and can communicate in English
- Shape a product that solves real-life problems in the construction industry.
- Work in an open-minded, collaborative, dynamic, and international team.
- Personal training budget of 2,000 EUR and extra training days.
- Work fully remote or from our offices in Berlin or Amsterdam. Be your own manager.
