For the location NBG H, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Business Administration Professional (f/m/d) for the fast growing Business Unit Grid Software (GridSW). As a commercial for the functions of "Sales, Bid Management, and Software Grid Control" your role will encompass various tasks related to controlling GC order intake, analyzing proposal data, and actively supporting the structuring of the order processing for Grid Control Software licenses. You will collaborate with the internationally positioned team of Grid Control (GC) Sales and Bid Management, cross-functional units of GridSW, as well as the international GridSW community.

What part will you play?
  • You are responsible for independently creating reports using various data sources (including SAC2, SNowflake, Smart Analytics, ERP systems, SieSales) and making them available e.g. in Excel, Power BI to technical sales management and colleagues
  • Additionally you create ad hoc variance analyses, including tracking with the international GridSW FIN community
  • You actively work on the establishment of the reporting KPI software license revenue and later drive the topic on your own, including the rolling forecast for the current fiscal year and planning cycles for future years. For this, you collaborate closely with various functions within GridSW, the sales team, as well as regional units
  • To assist with the order processing of software licenses and GridSW’s internal license ordering process in close coordination with the GridSW Product House and regional units is also part of your new role
  • Furthermore, you will work together with the Commercial/Technical Sales Managers creating offers for our international project business to gain initial insights
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The base of your profile is your successfully completed master´s degree in business informatics and/or business administration
  • In addition you have several years of work in the field of controlling and reporting
  • You already start and/or successfully finalized your certification as Commercial Sales/Project Manager
  • Furthermore, you already work reliably with the various office applications and have ideally already worked with agile tools such as Power BI and Dash
  • You enjoy working in an international team and environment, you can communicate fluently in English and ideally you have a basic knowledge of German
  • You are ready to take on responsibility and address topics independently as well as driving them forward. In this regard, you find it easy to learn from mistakes and suggest new ways based on them. New challenges motivate you, and you work with focus and a results-oriented approach to solving them
