Tasks

Being responsible for Operations & Strategy at Parloa, you will play a critical role in the day to day operation and scaling of the business. You will create efficient and smooth operative processes for various company departments and be responsible for critical company projects.

In this role you will:
Build up the whole operations department and be responsible for a wide range of topics: Finance (financial planning, controlling and accounting), HR (OKRs, payroll, HR planning and administration), Legal (contracts, data privacy, IT-Security) and special projects (eg. financing rounds).

• Develop and structure company processes to be prepared for high growth.
• Be actively involved in investment rounds and investor relations.
• Prepare board and management meetings.
• Be responsible for process optimisation within the organisation and ensure that all departments of the company meet deadlines.
• Be the owner of special projects across all departments.
• Work closely with our founders and be co-responsible for all topics that help us grow and build a scalable organization.

Requirements

• Work experience in early-stage tech companies or top-tier consultancies, strong hands-on mentality, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High ambition and drive to achieve top-class results.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
