Accounts Payable Accountant (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION

As an Accounts Payable Accountant at Parloa, you will play a critical role in professionalizing our finance department and enabling our business growth.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for Parloa’s Accounts Payable and assist with related financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual) on a timely basis, working closely with our finance team
• You will be responsible for processing and distributing incoming invoices as the primary focus of your work
• You independently perform the initial verification of invoices and credit card statements and then submit them for invoice approval
• You process the expense reimbursements and travel expense reports of our employees
• You assist in the preparation of statistics and evaluations

Our Tech stack: Easybill (outgoing invoices), Datev (accounting), Finway (incoming invoices), Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Personio, Asana, Notion
