WHAT WE OFFER

The CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Community manages Covestro’s financial processes. It is also responsible for providing legal services and IT solutions to the company as a whole.

• In your new position, you will report to the Global OT Security Officer and be responsible for the execution and implementation of OT Security projects as defined in OT Security Strategy with assigned or other regions needed.

• You will also develop and maintain project documentation for many target groups

• Furthermore, you will be accountable for implementing OT security standards at small sites, system houses and downstream businesses in DCS or cyber security

• In addition, you will consult for local PCT on IT related technical issues on security aspects of process automation systems (e.g. domains, network segmentation, ICS upgrade, time synchronization, etc.)

• You will maintain strong relationship with major site PCT for consulting and supporting the implementation of cybersecurity risk mitigation measures

• Moreover, you will conceptualize and coordinate the implementation of IT Security for IT-Systems and IT-Networks of production environments

• You will be the first contact person (m/w/d) for OT specific Incident Response and you will work with SOC, the Incident Response teams, OT Safety officers of the sites, vendors and IT for incident response

• Finally, you will be an active member (m/w/d) of the OT security team led by the global OT Security Officer

WHAT YOU OFFER

• You hold a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science or in a comparable field with several years of professional work experience

• Besides, your profile shows broad experience and skills in network and infrastructure as well as system security and security control. The experience in the area of PCT would be a plus.

• A good understanding of operation and maintenance as well as experience in project management are among your strengths

• Experience in the management and training of teams in local and global projects are necessary for this position

• You combine strong decision making and analytical skills with very good communication and negotiating skills

• Furthermore, you bring good management skills, you are passionate about leadership and enjoy to develop others and yourself further continuously

• You have gained intercultural experience and have the ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds and across all hierarchies and countries

• To complete your profile, your German and English skills are business fluent, both written and spoken
