We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated new addition to our customers’ team. The role will be to fulfil orders, picking and packing of fashion items. Preparing them for direct dispatch to the customer; to assist in stock management and to help maintain the smooth running of the logistics of the small and friendly company.

This is a full time role and will be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate (m/f/d) to make a valuable contribution and build career in ecommerce and retail logistics.

The right candidate should have some experience of working in a logistics or fulfilment environment, be well motivated and willing to work as part of a team. Fluency in German required.

Duties include:

Picking and packing small light weight products, restocking items
Inventory planning, stock taking, Identifying outdated stock
Complaint management with logistics service providers in case of delays or damages
Liaising with customer service team to ensure that highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
