Our client is a large shipping company that is experiencing a real boom due to the increasing number of internet orders. To coordinate the delivery of the ordered goods with the end customer, we are looking for several talented personalities (m / f / d) for the following tasks:

_ Contacting the recipients and agreeing a delivery time window
_ Checking alternative delivery dates
_ Communication with drivers, warehouse facilities and dispatchers
_ Managing reports on shortages and damage
_ Communication of delays due to traffic disruptions, failure of employees or equipment, weather, etc.

You will suit our customer if you recognize yourself in the following keywords:
_ strong communication skills
_ experienced in handling computers and common office software
_ can set priorities
_ works result-oriented
_ can work in shifts
_ shares experience and knowledge with colleagues
_ brings a breath of fresh air and a positive atmosphere into work environment
_ Fluent in Hebrew
