Responsibility
· Act as a talent advisor with key stakeholders to identify innovative recruitment strategies for Pan Europe region.
· End to End responsibility for fulfilment from Sourcing/research till Joining
· Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point, Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure that HCL is providing a best in class candidate experience.
· Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
· Regularly communicate recruitment status to Leadership, Manager and HRBPs
· Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through both established and updated channels
· Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
· Develop and execute strategic plan to deliver to the business headcount plan.
· Embracing innovative and even unconventional ways of finding talent, including through best practices sharing with our international experts in the
· Own recruiting programmes, practices and initiatives –Competitor Talent Mapping and analysis/Partner with Diversity and Inclusion team to execute on creating an inclusive pipeline.
· Align with the broader recruiting team to implement creative solutions to improve hiring processes and hire key talent quickly and efficiently.
· Report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to execs and senior leadership on a consistent basis.
Requirements
- 7+ yrs of experience and Last few years as a Executive Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) in DACH Market.
- Good Knowledge on Recruitment trends in IT Industry/Talent Mapping and analysis to attract best of talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- German Language is a Must.
