Key Responsibilities Include

  • Implement First Climate Market’s sales strategy within the international corporate marketplace
  • Support Key Account- and Sales Managers in acquiring, developing and managing key accounts
  • Maintain a structured and documented sales activity plan with the aim of achieving a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders for prospective and managed accounts
  • Position company with key industry sectors which are aligned with the sales strategy
  • Cultivate a relevant stakeholder network within key industry sectors and a knowledge of the main drivers and trends affecting their carbon strategy
  • Represent the company at trade events/industry forums
Specific Requirements

  • A relevant university degree
  • Interest in renewable energy, corporate climate change solutions or sustainability
  • Some first experience in generating leads and/or driving new business opportunities from existing customers and with growing and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Ability to professionally secure and manage clients plus navigate corporate hierarchies to find and foster strong and resilient working relationships with the relevant decision-maker stakeholders are essential
  • Business level fluency and written skills in English and German are essential
  • One or more of the following languages are desired: French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese
