- Lead Services Sales programs enablement in cooperation with WW and EMEA functions
- Design programs based on the stakeholders’ requirements, market trends and in-line with Lenovo strategy
- Comfortable to have conversations with all levels of stakeholders through online, face-to-face meetings and workshops
- Be proactive in identifying areas to improve Services Sales business and propose for solutions
- Maintain up-to-date information on running projects and drive reporting improvements based on key stakeholders´ requirements.
- Provide recommendations for new Channel programs, build up financial models and competitive positioning
- Develop and execute trainings, ensure sufficient level of trainings is provided across organization
- Work closely with various sales, operations, product and marketing teams to ensure programs success
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in product and business management with proven track record
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, utilizing PowerPoint tools
- General knowledge of IT Channel route to market, knowledge of Services Upsell business is an advantage
- Degree in Business with strong analytical discipline, plus advanced skills in excel based analysis
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while considering future organizational requirements
- Committed to deliver against timelines, team player and able to drive actions to achieve results
