Director (m/f/d) Strategic Initiatives – CIO & Transformation Office

We believe that through sport, we have the power to change lives. To change lives, we are strengthening the TECH foundation to reach and build direct relationships with our consumers. CIO & Transformation Office (CIO&TO) plays a pivotal role to orchestrate and accelerate activities for TECH.

PURPOSE

Our Director Strategic Initiatives will contribute to setting up the operational foundation for our TECH organization, and allow TECH to deliver our Own The Game strategy. In this role, you will drive initiatives that build operating models, processes, frameworks, guidelines, and tools to facilitate TECH activities, topics could include planning, capacity management, performance evaluation and more.

What You Can Expect
  • You will be accountable for creating, aligning and implementing TECH operating models, processes and tools to empower global TECH teams to work seamlessly as one team
  • You will be a key enabler of our TECH 2025 strategy & Digital Transformation journey
  • You will partner cross functionally as required, to establish the way of collaboration among teams within TECH and beyond
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of project management, experience in professional consulting firms or large-scale global corporation would be a bonus
  • 5 years of experience in people management including professional
  • 5 years of experience or exposure in the field of IT/ Tech preferred
  • International Experience - ideally working abroad and mobile in leadership roles for multiple years and has functional/market experience in projects with a local/global perspective
  • Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills and creativity to come up with solutions
  • Has the desire to learn and grow as a leader and the ability inspire and empower others to deliver and contribute
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
