Tasks
  • Answer questions & solve problems of Yalwa & Locanto customers via our internal ticketing system
  • Handle copyright issues, GDPR & police requests
  • Create and improve text elements to guarantee an efficient and friendly user communication
  • Identify and report site problems based on customer feedback
  • Maintaining a chatbot for simple user questions
  • Recognize patterns and create filters accordingly to reduce spam
Requirements
  • Vocational education in Communication, translation or commercial, or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Email Support or Customer Support in general
  • A strong customer focus and a problem solver attitude
  • KPI driven- Experience in OTRS, Zendesk or Zammad would be a plus
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Willingness to work in shifts (Mo-Su)
