About the position
You will be in the "Customer Success and Operations" department, guiding new and existing clients through the process of using eKomi’s platforms and services, overseeing client onboarding process and serving as a liaison between the client and eKomi’s technical team.
You will provide a streamlined and clear onboarding process to clients, give customers a good first impression of eKomi’s customer support, onboard clients within the timeframe.
Tasks
Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients through telephone and email
- Understanding the client’s technical specifications and suggest implementation methods relevant to their account
- Respond to clients within a timely manner
- Follow the process to ensure high client standard of support
- Provide clear notes and documentation on the status of accounts
- Internal set up of the eKomi platform using the client’s requested specifications
- Troubleshoot technical setup of client’s account
- Coordinate with other departments to expedite the onboarding process
- Understand technical issues and assign to developers as needed
- Follow up and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion
- Escalate issues internally
- Keep clients informed and updated on the status of technical issue
You’re offering these qualifications
- Broad knowledge and experience in client onboarding, product management, technical support, account management
- You are good at prioritizing tasks
- You love solving problems
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large client base
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- General knowledge of HTML, CSS
- You already worked with JIRA and ZenDesk is an advantage
