White Stuff is a multi-channel brand with a great heritage and strong values. Founded in 1985, it has now grown to more than 130 stores and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, as well as beautiful accessories and housewares. Tasks

We don’t just have salespeople, we have customer host teams responsible for paving the way for White Stuff to become the leader in social retail by making sure our customers have the best possible experience in ours Do stores. These are more than just physical stores; they are places where people can meet and talk. Our store teams are there to ensure that our customers have a unique shopping experience at White Stuff every time.
  • You will report to the store’s management team and use your extensive product knowledge (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!) To have meaningful and memorable conversations with our customers about the features and benefits of our products and the Recommend ideal items that meet customers’ needs.
  • As a master at the art of great conversation, you will also chat with our clients about their local community, our partnerships with charities, and events in our store.
  • Investing in our employees is our recipe for success, which is why we recently set up a customer host development program to support your ongoing training.

Requirements

In addition to our beautifully designed products, our customers will also find areas where they can relax and enjoy a coffee or tea, special play areas for children and eye-catching creative elements; some of our stores even have their own cinema for children, themed changing rooms and weekly customer events. You’ll quickly understand how these experiences ultimately contribute to our commercial success (and are great fun for everyone at the same time!) And are an important metric in how your store is performing.
