For an internationally operating company based in Ismaning, we are looking for you, within the framework of direct personnel placement in permanent employment, as CRM & Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/i).

Your Tasks
  • Responsible for reporting, data mining, segmenting, enhancing and maintaining the database for targeted marketing campaigns and sales activities
  • Analyse marketing response, drawing intelligence on what works; recommend on future execution
  • Consistently analyses of the database and data quality/accuracy assurance
  • SFDC Power-User (first local support contact for Salesforce.com including onboarding trainings; support and contribute to best use and development of the database and its processes)
  • Marketo-Power-User (implementation, monitoring and follow-up of digital lead generation marketing campaigns; further development of Marketo in close cooperation with the Marketo-team in HQ; help marketing team to define targeted customers and relevant contact profiles; invitation and follow up management; setting up and technical support of Webinars)
  • Initiation and monitoring of telemarketing activities
  • Advising and supporting the marketing and sales team in lead management (lead tracking & follow up)
  • Lead and execute data acquisition projects
  • Execution and preparation of market and potential analyzes as well as target group segmentations
  • Conception and implementation of a meaningful KPI monitoring to analyze the success of the activities
  • Create management reports / dashboards
  • Interface to internal departments and cross-departmental collaboration with the marketing team (Central/Eastern Europe, Russia)
Your Profile
  • Degree in Marketing/Communications preferred
  • Technology/software/B2B company experience
  • 3 or more years working experience
  • Data and sales driven mindset, analysis and technology expert
  • Expertise in analysing market trends, doing market analysis and best practice comparison
  • Expert level of CRM and data administration skills, Salesforce.com experience
  • Experienced in Marketo or other Marketing Automation and Webinar Tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and PowerBi as a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Careful and professional under pressure
  • Fluency in German and English
