We are currently seeking a Creative Production Specialist (m|f|d) for our Marketing business based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Stedim Biotech). In this position, you are responsible for overseeing the coordination and production of our current marketing assets. These assets will include everything from printed collateral and illustrations to photography and to video production

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Ensuring that all assets are created on-time and on-budget according to our brand guidelines (key responsibility)

  • Identification and escalation to internal stakeholders for discussion and resolution when assets need to be re-worked and/or rebranded; as well as finding quick resolutions to issues

  • Keeping the project team informed of next steps and updates if any changes occur

  • Acting as the creative representative; gather information & report on progress as required

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and with a sense of urgency

What will convince us

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design or similar

  • Several years of creative design and or production experience preferred

  • Experience in biotech, pharma, communications, marketing, and/or global accounts preferred

  • Experience with creative development processes and needs across several different media types, interactive/digital, print, photography, video, but also understands other media enough to manage and deliver work

  • Creative agency experience desirable

  • Ideal candidates will have a passion for design work and corporate branding

  • Very good communications skills as well as stakeholder management skills; creative problem-solver

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
