Now entering its next phase of accelerated growth, we are looking for a driven, outcome-focused marketing manager to help ensure our story becomes one of EY’s best-sellers.People Advisory Services brings together our culture, reward, mobility, change and organizational talent planning experts to help businesses achieve the best results through high-performing teams.As part of the EMEIA PAS Enablement Team, you will be working closely with our EMEIA PAS Marketing Manager and the EMEIA PAS Leadership Team to deliver effective internal communications to our teams and stakeholders across EMEIA that assist the EMEIA PAS business growth objectives. You will play an integral part in getting our PAS story out to our people.Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist in the design, development and implementation of key internal communication programs and initiatives to build awareness of our services, transparency to our people and PAS presence to our stakeholders.
  • Working with Global BMC and EMEIA PAS stakeholders in developing, tailoring and executing Global and EMEIA-led internal communications and campaigns.
  • Designing and project-managing effective, multi-channel internal communication campaigns.
  • Working with EMEIA PAS stakeholders to develop EMEIA-specific content, value propositions and enablement assets.
  • Creating internal communications assets including newsletters, news content, and leadership communication, as well as leading on internal events (webcasts, leadership meetings).
  • Building relationships and connectivity with Global and EMEIA counterparts and EMEIA PAS stakeholders to drive awareness, identify cross-service line communication opportunities and amplify content and supporting materials.
  • Measuring and monitoring the Return on Investment (ROI) of communication programs and creating reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on BMC and service line issues, trends and long-term implications for EY’s brand strategy.
  • Success in this role will be demonstrated through the development, successful execution and measurement of communication campaigns that drive and integrate our messages to our people.
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Strong understanding of communication principals, coupled with a strong drive and the ability to create high-value internal communication activities that deliver return on investment
  • Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to maintaining the highest standards in content and deployment
  • An ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations; balancing multiple priorities, projects, deadlines and business-as-usual tasks
  • A team player with a flexible can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • An ability to track/monitor metrics across channels to determine effectiveness and make strategic recommendations
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Strong writing & proof-reading ability
  • Event management/production
  • Strong presentation skills
To qualify for the role you must have
  • English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication
  • Five years’ brand and communication experience in a large (ideally matrix) organization, working with multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize
  • Experience in assisting integrated, cross-border campaigns and communication activities
  • Experience in creating and editing internal communications collateral including newsletters, webcasts and leadership communications
  • Demonstrated teamwork ability.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Your own ideas about what makes a great communication campaign
  • Good business sense
  • Experience in copywriting for internal channels
  • People-management skills
  • An awareness and interest in the People Advisory market.
