Role Description

Build data analytics capabilities for people related data, whilst supporting with reports, data interpretation and forecasting.

Overall responsibility
  • The role reports to the HR Technology Director, AG.
  • Serving as the domain expert for human resources data and analytics. Providing strategic support to the Human Resource function and senior leaders in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities.
  • Identifying and supporting HR and business reporting, data needs and initiatives.
  • Prioritizing reporting tool enhancement and preparing report and reporting solution specifications that reflects the complexity of our business.
  • Working closely with business and HR Leaders, the IT and HR Technology teams, and other functions to ensure the appropriate collection and analysis of data.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance, labour relations) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insights.
  • Preparing actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives and will interface with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data and analytics.
  • Interpreting employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in da-ta, as well as factors that could affect the results of research.
  • Developing predictive models for e.g., attrition, high performance, and recruiting demand.
  • Analysing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to absenteeism, recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, retirement, and track market benchmark.
  • Identifying and recommending reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Preparing reporting dashboard of data results, presenting, and explaining findings to senior leadership in a meaningful and actionable framework.
  • Creating and communicating a set of standards for data and the technology to drive leverage and reuse across the organization.
  • Promoting data consistency, accuracy, and completeness with articulated data standards.
  • Performing data quality reviews utilizing quality assurance methods to identify problems and errors.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR system security.
  • Own and drive global reporting as directed by the global HR leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team including HR Technology to drive best practices and efficiencies to meet our Sox compliance requirements.
  • Ad hoc reports related to the HR analytics queries.
Professional Requirements - Education, Training, Computer Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Statistics, Organizational Psychology, or related area
  • At least 3 years’ experience applicable analysis and/or reporting within complex, fast-paced international environment (ideally in manufacturing industry)
  • Fluent in English is must, knowledge of another European language is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication style adjustable to the audience
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP (Success Factors), Excel and Power BI
  • Deep technical hands-on expertise in people related data analytics and modelling, data visualization, business intelligence, and reporting.
  • High-advanced analytical skills with attention to details
  • Supportive, can-do approach with intellectual curiosity
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills with ability to craft tailored solutions to meet the wide range of business needs across the organization.
