We are looking for an Associate, Hero Support (HR) (f/m/d) to join the Hero Support/ People Solutions team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences to all our heroes globally!
Your mission:
As a vital part of the (Global) Hero Support team acting as first point of contact for all our heroes, you act as a trusted advisor on policies and procedures and provide support in answering key queries to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.
You will manage a wide variety of queries and questions from employees through our ticket system (JIRA) and help manage and monitor our internal People Portal knowledge base to enable self-service for all stakeholders.
You deliver and execute common and transaction-based services for the People Operations team including employment contract creation, contract amendments, termination letters, certificates, employment confirmation letters, letters of intent etc.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate employee data in our HRIS (Workday), e.g. in preparation for the monthly payroll cycle.
You work closely together with other People Operations teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners) as well as other stakeholder groups (e.g. Legal and Payroll) in order to deliver high quality and timely responses to all our heroes.
You have the possibility to actively impact and (re-)create our current ways of working by participating in operational cross-team People projects (on e.g. (global) compliance or process-related topics)
Your heroic skills:
You have already gained at least 6 months experience in the People Operations/HR area and have basic knowledge in German labor law
You bring a high level of technical curiosity and system orientation and have ideally worked already with HRIS systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or similar
You are living the “Employees are our Customers” mission and ideally have worked already with CRM ticket systems like JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar
You are quality-driven and a fast learner and have superior attention to detail while being solution-ortiented at all times
You show an ability to work independently, swiftly, and effectively prioritize work
You have strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and ideally bring German and another additional language as a plus
