Director Finance Systems Technology

We are looking for a Director Finance Systems Technology (f/m/d) to join the SAP/Finance Systems team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

Your Mission :

• Lead a global team of 40 people across Delivery Hero locations (Berlin, Singapore, Montevideo)

• Be in charge of the Technical landscape for Finance systems mainly based on SAP S4/HANA (production management, development for SAP implementation, run activities)

• Manage with your team the production operations of our S4/HANA environment used worldwide in Delivery Hero

• Insure with your team the delivery on time and quality of the expected development required by our projects

• Build a vision of our IT strategy to improve our system capabilities and stability over the time and build an audit proof system landscape aligned with DAX30 expectation

• Be active participant of our Finance system roadmap to deliver Business Value through technology

• Manage relationships with specific vendors and internal customers on an ongoing basis

• Be responsible for the team budget

• Further scope of the team include:

  • IT Infrastructure and architecture on AWS and applications & platforms administration

  • Operational security

  • SAP ABAP, UI5 and CPI development activities

  • Manage service processes organisation through our external provider

Experience:

• Have 15+ years of experience in the relevant technical fields

• Be passionate about SAP solutions and technologies

• Good knowledge and experience in facing production issues and instability - real knowledge of the production issue management

• Experience in working in a multicultural and global environment

• Strong background in SAP project implementation on the technical side

• Experience on the latest SAP components such as S4/HANA, CPI etc..

• Experience in working with Hyperscalers such as AWS

• Strong capacity to deliver on time and on budget

• Ability to lead its teams to move from a roadmap vision to concrete deliveries
