Your Responsibilities

  • Independent processing as an employee and/or specialist project manager in the object planning for buildings and interiors of energy plant construction projects (new construction, conversion and maintenance projects) for work phases 1-7 of the HOAI
  • Quality assurance of planning, also from external offices as subcontractors
  • Coordination of the planning of services
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Coordination with contractors; supplement management
  • Communication with authorities, partner companies, power plants, other in-house specialist departments and project employees

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies at a technical university (TU) or technical college (Dipl.-Ing./Master of Science) or comparable qualifications
  • Ideally first planning experience, especially in property planning for industrial and commercial construction or energy plant construction
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products and confident use of 3D CAD software, ideally AutoCAD Architecture 3D and/or Revit
  • Structured thinking, self-initiative, strong communication skills, affinity for teamwork
  • Knowledge of HOAI and VOB
  • Authorisation to submit building documents as a design author in accordance with national law
  • BIM knowledge and experience desirable
  • Willingness to travel on business and driving licence class B
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
