- Pleasant telephone voice

- Very good written and spoken Spanish and either German or English skills (at least B2 level)
- Basic MS Office skills
- Flexibility, personal dedication and commitment
- Capacity for teamwork and willingness to help your colleagues
- Affinity to modern financial products (e.g. cashless payments, e-banking)
