Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Customer legitimization and first classification of their concerns
  • Support of customers regarding all questions about invoices, transactions, reminders, return debits and forwarding of billing information
  • Including your own ideas and proposed solutions for product and process improvement
  • On-call duty during night shifts in your home office

  • Respectable demeanor as well as enjoyment of customer contact and communication
  • Pleasant telephone voice
  • High service, solution and customer orientation
  • Very good written and spoken Spanish and either German or English skills (at least B2 level)
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Flexibility, personal dedication and commitment
  • Capacity for teamwork and willingness to help your colleagues
  • Affinity to modern financial products (e.g. cashless payments, e-banking)
