In a nutshell, you will be responsible to develop and grow the sales pipeline and close new business. You will have true impact in changing how companies develop their own employees. Your unrivalled commercial skills will help you generate lots of leads and turn them into happy clients. With our unique product, you are contributing to the personal development of millions of employees throughout the world.Your Responsibilities
  • You will grow your pipeline with new prospect meetings provided by our SDR and by leveraging your own network and target lists of potential clients
  • You blow the minds of potential clients by telling our inspiring story
  • You will meet with potential clients via on- and offline meetings and events and will give stellar presentations about our product and view on online learning
  • You advise clients on the best way to use our product in their organisation and create a strong business case
  • You win over clients with your enthusiasm and engagement to celebrate with your team
Your Qualification
  • You already gained at least 3 years of experiences in sales
  • You ideally have experience in the world of online learning, and you have a network in HR/L&D at C-level, mid-size or larger organisations
  • You can communicate excellent in German and very good at English as well as you are a confident conversationalist
  • You convince with your digital mindset, but you love to travel the country to meet up with your prospects as well
  • You have a keen commercial eye and a true talent for signing prospects
  • You pick things up quickly, and you are independent, autonomous as well as goal oriented
  • You want to boost your good habits and eat targets for breakfast
