Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our client’s expanding team. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience or recent graduates eager to launch their careers in IT support and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for IT-related issues within the company, providing comprehensive support for the central IT environment and system administration.
- Deliver 1st and 2nd level support, handling initial acceptance, analysis, and resolution of requests and tickets.
- Manage the installation, rollout, and commissioning of notebooks and cell phones within a Microsoft environment.
- Track the status of tickets, ensuring timely resolution based on their priority.
- Assist meeting room technicians with technical support in the main building.
- Participate in various projects and support administrative tasks, including Windows 11 migration, Intune integration, and other Microsoft product implementations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base entries for technical documentation and create guidelines for colleagues.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Microsoft Defender.
- Familiarity with ticket systems and experience in supporting server and network landscapes.
- Knowledgeable in 1st and 2nd level support, Windows clients, network management, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IT security topics and an affinity for information security.
- Experience with software packaging and MDM (Mobile Device Management).
- Confident user of MS Office products with strong explanatory and advisory skills.
- Reliable, conscientious, and structured work approach.
- Excellent communication skills in German; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the IT field.
