As a HR Project Manager Operator, you will be responsible to support all administrative & financial activities for projects in execution that you are assigned to.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Limited has a flexible work arrangement policy.
How to contribute to our vision:
  • Support Project Manager & IT Project Manager in day-to-day commercial operation of the project
  • Ensures the accuracy of project books and records by complying with IFRS, internal financial reporting guidelines, and local GAAP requirements.
  • Controlling of individual cost objects (actuals / forecast) as partner to budget responsibilities
  • SAP updates including cost plan changes, contractual milestone billings, analysis of actual results, and other assigned SAP tasks as requested
  • Monthly controlling/monitoring of actual & forecasted costs in a project
  • Controls ordering process from external suppliers: Budget allocation, monitor commitments (spend on POs and remaining Budget)
  • Supports with special financial topics related to e.g. tariffs, Export control, goods accompanying invoices, hedging, internal control system
  • Manage project sharepoint
  • Support HR operations and other Special Projects as assigned
  • Person can work remotely/home
  • And backup project managers as needed
What you need to make a difference:
  • several years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • SAP experience
  • Travel as required, depending on candidate location
  • Strong appreciation for ensuring accuracy in all levels of financial reporting
  • Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation skills - Must be able to effectively communicate technical financial information to non-financial customers
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and EXCEL
